Mengatasi Stres

Kadang kala stres acapkali menimpa setiap orang, tidak eduli siapa dia dan apa posisinya.
Setidaknya ada sebuah fakta bahwa pemicu stres adalah adanya perasaan suka dan tidak suka yang ada dalam pikiran kita.
Saat perasaan tidak suka itu muncul dalam pikiran kita maka ini akan membuat pikiran kita merespon secara negatif dan menyebabkan kegelisahan.
Cara ampuh yang dapat kita lakukan untuk menghindari stres yakni melihat sesuatu itu apa adanya dan kita tidak perlu membuat orang lain mesti sama dan menuruti idealisme kita.
Inilah sebenarnya yang menjadi penyebab timbulnya stres pada diri kita.

I SUPPOSE THAT TODAY IS NOT GOOD DAY. I SOMETIMES DO MY DAY WITHOUT ANY NEGATIVE PERCEPTIONS, BUT TODAY I FEEL SO BAD. AS FAR AS I KNOW, I HAVE TRIED DO THE BEST FOR MY STUDENTS. I TEACH ALL OUT FOR THEM. MY GOAL IS GETTING ENGLISH MORE AND MORE.
WHY DO THEY SAY THAT THEY WON'T BE TAUGHT BY ME?
IS THERE WRONG WITH MY SYLE IN TEACHING THEM?
DO I SO DO HARD WITH THEM? I GUEST NOT.
HOWEVER, I COULD NOT FORGET ITS BAD FEELING DIRECTLY. IT IS MY BAD VALUE. ITS SOUNDS SO FAR FALLING DOWN INTO MY MIND.
YAHH...NO FORCE IN IMPLEMENTING SYLE. BUT I TRY TO GIVE THE BEST FOR THEM. AND AS THE RESULT THEY WON'T TO RECEIVE MY IDEAS, ITS NOT MY WRONG, ISN'T IT? THEY HAVE SOME OPTIONS TO ENJOY EVRYTHING THEY WANT.

E-LEARNING PROGRAM IN EDUCATION

A. PREFACE

Shift paradigm in education sector has brought consequence in education management, especially in school level. The policy can mean as giving autonomy to school in managing school, including in innovating and also developing of model and curriculum. That autonomy should be balanced with a change which is oriented to participation totally from all education components. This condition is related to change of curriculum which is launched by government now day, namely curriculum based competency (KTSP). The consequence which must be accounted by school is restructuring in management of school (capacity building), professionalism, preparation of infrastructure, inclination of student in learning and climate of academic school. The emphasis upon maximizing human resources in all sectors implies that we will need highly effective communication systems. If we are going to be responsive to needs then the initial focus should be more upon the reception of information rather than upon dissemination of information. This almost implies a reversal of roles compared to the previous role of communication for educational administration. Research into school development has clearly indicated that one of the most effective ways in which schools self-develop is through the sharing of information and ideas. One of the major contributors to the professional and personal development of the principals in schools modeling successful change has been the open and supportive communication achieved by means of regular principal forums. By collectively addressing issues among peers affective, realizable solutions have been achieved. The responsibility of schools entering this new era of globalization should be to prepare students for all the new challenges that are rapidly changing our society. The ability to speak a foreign language and computer literacy are currently the two most common criteria required from people wishing to enter the workforce in Indonesia (and globally). As only about 20-30% of senior secondary school graduates nationally continue on to formal tertiary education, and with computers now infiltrating every aspect of human life it places a high burden of responsibility upon our education system to improve the development of our students' language and computer literacy.
In line with intensification of information technology and learning based on prompt information technology, every school should give observe carefully in order what was planned in shift of education paradigm earn success immediately. Tendency which has been developed in exploiting of information technology and communication in studying is e-learning program.

B. DISCUSSION

The wealth of information now available on the Internet has already surpassed the expectations and even the imagination of the systems early inventers. The Internet was originally created as a military defense system to decentralize and distribute control so as to eliminate the risk of total failure, as could be the case if a centralized system's main computer was destroyed. The Internet decentralizes and empowers. By using the Internet we can access almost unlimited and rapidly expanding sources of information. We can communicate individually or on mass to practically anywhere in the world within seconds. We can publish information that can be accessed from anywhere in the world instantly. We can communicate real time through telephone and video processing units. We can "chat" through a wide range of free chat networks. E-learning program is studying process exploits information technology with computer which is provided with telecommunications medium (internet, intranet, extranet) and multimedia (graphical, audio, video) as especial media in delivering lessons and interaction among teachers with students. Learning model based on information technology by using e-learning program causes change of learning culture in their education aspect. At least there are four important components in developing learning culture by using the model of e-learning program in school. The First, students have to stand alone in learning by various appropriate approaches so student can instruct, motivate, and arrange their selves in studying. The second, teacher can develop knowledge and skill, facility in studying, comprehend in learning and things required. The third is adequate infrastructure, and the fourth is creative administrator and also preparation of infrastructure in providing of learning. But, problems that faced by school in this time is intensity promptness of participants, teacher, infrastructure in school, payment, efficiently of learning, management system and energy support from school in carrying out learning based on information technology.

Preparation of e-learning program.
Having e-learning program based on information technology in our institution is not as easy as we plan. There are some internal infrastructure and external infrastructure have to be realized. Internal infrastructure here is a strong commitment and full willingness for that. Without supporting and a strong commitment especially technical support, e-learning program in school will not probably be realized. There are some considerations shall be there here, that are planning and good leadership that consider effectively in payment, technological system integrity and also ability of teacher in adopting change of new study model and of course supported with ability at looking for materials in internet and also prepare learning culture for student. There are four steps in management of e-learning program, first, determine comprehensible strategy concerning goals of audience, location of audience, equipping infrastructure, budget and returning investment which is not only the form of cash. Second, determining equipments, for example LMS installed vs hoste and Commercial or OS-LMS. Third is relation with company which develops research relating to e-learning program developed in school. Fourth is preparing materials required specifically, proposal that be able to be implemented and also prepare short response time. All the things shall need to be thought carefully for long investment contexts.

C. CONCLUSION

If we intend to teach the most important issues are good planning and strategies. It's the same with the Internet. If we want to create an effective and efficient communication system, and improve student learning of computer technology good planning (programs), and the best of strategies within the capabilities of the school must be established. If we follow the principles laid out in the "Sources of Funding" document we can achieve on going improvement to the quality of learning in our schools through a program of self-development.

Lihatlah apa yang menjadi kebiasaan para elit di negara republik mimpi sebelah saat tiba waktunya untuk mempertahankan posisinya sebagai punggawa tinggi kerajaan. Saat ini yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat sangat lah sederhana sekali. Bagaimana bisa membeli kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan mudah dan murah. Itu saja sebenarnmya. Tidak terlalu rumit dan neko-neko kan.
Tapi seringkali keadaan itu menjadi suatu kelemahan bagi masyrakat dan menjadi keuntungan bagi punggawa itu. Maksudnya, hal itu justru dimanfaatkan untuk hanya memperlancar obral-obral janji belaka.....
Rakyat kini sudah semakin kenyang dengan yang namanya janji dan obralan politik.
